Site is complete.

I did a little bit of fine tuning to the website yesterday.  I still have some work to do on the BST site, but that’s kind of it’s own little entity.  I must say that I believe the HMQ site is complete.  It looks like everything works and all is well.  It seems to be missing something, though, but I’m not sure what.

I suppose I can start working on the next update.  I kinda want a Sci-Fi page, so look for that in the next few months.

A couple other ideas I’m toying with are:

– A ‘Musician Highlight’ for the ‘Music’ page.  Links to music creation software.
Listing my music equipment for reference.  Possibly listing my CD/music library (would be a lot of work).
– More links on the ‘Railroad’ page.
– Getting a couple screen shots of the games I was working on, if possible.
– Doing an interview with someone would be fun.
– A new page showcasing some of my artwork – like a portfolio.

New Pictures

I changed some of the pictures/images on the site so I wouldn’t be using someone else’s images without permission.  Now, all images on the current site are either public domain images (to the best of my knowledge) or are used by permission.  I sent Warner Bros. an email requesting to use the ‘Contact Machine’ image, but that turned into a HUGE legal craziness that I really didn’t want to deal with.  (I didn’t even bother with the ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’ archive pic I was using.)  Easy fix was just to delete those pics from the site.  I couldn’t find the originator of the lynx image so that image is in limbo.  I have a replacement for it, if I get an approval from the artist to post it.

HMQ website updated as of March 1st!

I finally got the site finished, as far as view-ability.  Wow, what a chore!  I also created this blog site for HMQ.  How about THEM apples!  Just what I will do with this blog remains a mystery, as the reason and function of HMQ remains a mystery as well.  So, with that in mind, let us journey to whatever end we may find, all the while hoping it to be a good one.
