The town of Otis, located near Lincoln City, Oregon, has been 'for sale' for some time now. It has a population of maybe 100, virtually no industry, probably 2 commercial buildings; and I can't, for the life of me, figure out why it hasn't sold yet. Perhaps now that the price has been reduced, they can finally move this piece of real estate. I think it was going for a couple million - OBO, last time I read about it.
You've probably seen this one before. I received this picture in one of those jokes that circulate thru everyones e-mail. It's doctored to say what it says, I'm sure. If you look at the reflection of the words in the truck trailer, it doesn't seem to match up. But it was too funny not to include.

What road??? See those Yellow markers? They put those there so people won't use the road. You can barely see where this 'road' used to go!(straight ahead of the two yellow markers on the right) I'd say it's probably okay to take the sign down now. Of course, you never know...
